Hudson Yard Design is a boutique building design studio based in the South West of Western Australia, led by husband-and-wife team Jason and Jess Duffy.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Jason brings a depth of practical knowledge across construction, drafting and architectural design. He holds a Construction Management degree, multiple building qualifications and specialises in ArchiCad software to help clients visualise their home before it’s built. Jess, a business analyst, compliments the studio’s vision with a sharp eye for detail, planning and strategy.

Together we design homes that reflect the way people truly live — practical, beautiful and tailored to their lifestyle and location. From coastal retreats in Dunsborough to remote builds in Bremer Bay and boutique villas in Thailand, our designs are shaped by natural light, local climate and a deep understanding of construction.

We’ve lived and worked across Australia and Canada, but call the South West our home — a place that inspires our work and keeps us grounded in community.
