Meet the founders of Hudson Yard Design, Jason and Jess Duffy

About Hudson Yard Design

Hudson Yard Design is a boutique building design studio based in Yallingup, Western Australia, led by Jason and Jess Duffy.

We believe good design is more than a floor plan — it’s how a home feels. How the morning light falls into your kitchen. How a breeze moves through your living space. How you gather, rest, work and connect. Every home we design is shaped around the way you live.

Jason is the Architectural Designer behind Hudson Yard Design. With a Construction Management degree, a Diploma of Building Design & Technology, a Diploma of Building & Construction and 20 years in the industry, he brings a practical, builder-aware perspective to every project.

Jess, a corporate Business Analyst, compliments the studio’s vision with planning and strategy — together we share a love of coastal living and travel, and have built and renovated multiple homes in Western Australia. After years working across Australia and Canada, we returned to Jess’s hometown of Dunsborough to raise our family, a place that continues to inspire our work and connects us to community.
